Administrators
Information: administrators run the site and answer only to the owner and co-owners, the duties of an administrator consist of

• Making executive decisions.
  
•  Making site changes
  
• Ensuring the sites success
  
• Filling in for staff who cannot do their duties
  
• Firing and Hiring Staff (except other administrators)
  
• Moderating
  

Moderators:

• Moderating and enforcing rules
  
• Responsible for making daily reports of any incidents and submitting them to the administrators
  

Teachers:

• Are responsible for giving out homework to all dorms as well as assigning certain amount of sp awarded upon completion of homework
  
• Are responsible for putting up voting polls for card of the week
  
• Creating Tournaments
  
• Awarding rank-ups if teacher deems necessary(must be approved an administrator)
  
• Responsible for testing and grading members if no testers are present.
  

Testers:

• Responsible for testing and grading members for dorm placement.
  

Dorm Leaders: Dorm leaders are in charge of creating homework for dorm members to complete as well as assigning a "fixed" amount of SP awarded upon completion

I think that it is also worth noting that all staff have to recruit every week.
