(This card is always treated as a Level 12 monster.)
Cannot be Synchro Summoned. Must be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by sending 1 Level 5 or higher Tuner monster and 1 Level 5 or higher non-Tuner monster you control with the same Level to the Graveyard, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Once per turn, when a Spell/Trap Card(s) is Set on your side of the field (except during the Damage Step): You can Special Summon 1 "Power Tool" Synchro Monster or 1 Level 7 or 8 Dragon-Type Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck. While you control another Synchro Monster, this card cannot be targeted with effects or for attacks.

Well, that's another wall of text in 5 font on a card.  Anyways, this card seems broken and I don't know if I like it with its protection and free summon, Beelze for days!

Have you seen the summoning conditions? It is so easy to bring out with hieratics. You could probably bring 2 out. e.e It is quite OP, Konami were drunk when they made this card. I can tell it will get limited next OCG banlist.

Yeah, i've seen a lot of hieratics decks just tribute and instantly have laboradite and the other one and instantly go into this. They usually summon 2-3 a turn!

They were on dope when they made this though, who thought it would be a good idea to have around 20 targets to special summon?

Idk, it's actually kinda balanced with its really bad stats. 0/0 is pretty to get over most of the time, and a dark hole plus one attack destroys it. Exclamation Which makes me remember, it's kinda like the raccoon locks of old.

Actually, you make a valid point. Piercing would wreck this card.

I was testing a Hieratic deck with Ultimaya in, and dang is it good. There are level 7 and level 8 Dragon Synchro monsters for nearly every situation out there, and to think that Ultimaya can reach every single one. This, in a Hieratic deck with Extra Net in (Draw every time you special from Extra Deck) is beastly.

Extra Net allows the opponent to draw a card every time you summon, not the other way around.

This card hasn't really made the impact that I thought it would, in all honesty. I haven't really seen any decks that can use this card except for hieratics. I wish that this card would be meta so that it could be exciting again, clown , but I guess that isn't going to happen for quite some time, or at all.
